This is a very thorough man!  When we bought our home in Simcoe, Ont.  we were blown away with his knowledge and experience.  We were handed a very detailed package including photos of all the problems he came across and a large, well organized binder complete with his findings, a general budget for all repair costs, helpful tips, and files to keep track of all repairs or upgrades you make to your new home!

Overall we were very impressed!
